Can you help get food to 2Stnb community in need?

    • Time Commitment: 4 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

    • What you'll do: Pick up groceries from our suppliers, pack weekly food boxes, and deliver to community members across Portland metro

    WEEKLY PROCESS

    • Saturday or Sunday mornings: Pick up fresh groceries from partner stores and food distributors

    • SAT/SUN afternoons: Pack customized food boxes based on household size and dietary needs

    • Weekends: Deliver food boxes to community members in your assigned neighborhood route

    • Admin: Email check-ins with recipients about any dietary restrictions or cultural preferences

Skills needed: Reliable transportation, ability to lift 20-30 lbs, basic smartphone skills for delivery coordination

Training provided: Food safety, cultural competency, privacy/dignity practices, emergency situations

Real talk: This isn't glamorous work - you'll be loading cars, driving around Portland, and trying to figure out parking in places you’ve never been while dropping off groceries. But you'll also be the reason someone has dinner tonight. Which means you’re probably really freakin’ cool.
