What peer support services actually are

  • What we DON'T do:

    • We are not therapists or mental health counselors

    • We don't diagnose mental health conditions

    • We don't provide crisis intervention or emergency mental health services

    • We can't prescribe medications or provide medical advice

Peer support specialists have lived experience and professional training, but we're not therapists. We’ve been through similar struggles and can support you navigating yours.

    • Connecting to community resources and opportunities

  • Folks who are:

    • Recently relocated to Oregon and adjusting to new environment

    • Managing multiple life transitions simultaneously
